About the role

As an addition to our BDR-team, we are looking for a Lead who has a clear passion for guiding our Rytees to the best version of themselves.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the Onboarding & Coaching of new and current Business Development Reps in order to generate qualified opportunities 
  • You bring motivation and technical support to your BDR team
  • You set KPIs to help understand BDR performance and make it more efficient 
  • You lead regular 1:1 meetings for the purpose of coaching and motivating 
  • Hands on mentality: in order to stay up to date and communicate our values to others you are in contact with prospects via cold calling, email, video call or Linkedin Outreaches 
  • Together with the responsible account executives you are in charge of planning and implementing outbound campaigns 
  • You are responsible for KPI ownership as well as internal reporting to the C-Level/ Executive team 
  • You take the lead when it comes to feedback talks within your BDR team as well as the drafting and implementing the development journeys in order the reach the required development stage 
  • You are in charge of the interface communication between sales (enterprise & SMB), (product) marketing and other important Departments such as BI and data science

Required skills & Expertise

  • You have obtained a university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or a professional education in a relevant subject such business administration, sales or similar degree
  • You have at least 2 years of professional experience in Business Development, sales or similar qualifications 
  • You have gained first experience leading a team and know how to coach and manage our BDR team successfully 
  • You have worked with the most important sales technologies (CRM, Sales Engagement, etc.) in order to create the best workflows for your team and yourself 
  • Your strengths are communication and resilience
  • You enjoy engaging with different stakeholders 
  • In your leadership role you are hands-on according to your role model function but also act as a first class servant leader (micro management is a no-go for us) in order to inspire and motivate your team
  • You know the "BDR world" well and are curious about trying out new things 
  • You know how to set up structures and processes to improve long-term goals, but can also act as a problem-solver in the short-term
